Engage with and manage quality of deliverables. Engage with projects at an overall quality review level.
Communicate with project managers to obtain scope/schedule/budget information and build a culture of cooperation.
Supervising and mentoring staff.
Supporting hiring efforts through communicating and vetting hiring needs with the local management and BES Area Business Group Managers.
Build relationships and liaise with internal clients and external BES Market Sector staff to support the pursuit and delivery of work.
Build local client relationships in key market segments.
Manage project resources. Liaise outside of area as needed to facilitate workshare as needed across the HDR network. Maintain workload forecasting data.
Build resumes and subject matter expertise to support the clients in key markets.
Qualification:
Self-starter; strong communication and people skills
Willing to initiate discussions to solve problems and coordinate work
BS in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural or closely related Engineering degree is required
P.E. require
10+ years’ experience in project delivery, planning, and engineering management
Must be committed to quality and improvement and promoting HDR’s values
Success in initiating and managing growth
Management experience required
