Mechanical Technician Job in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Position Overview
As a Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to perform dealership-level maintenance and repair services on customer vehicles, ensuring high-quality standards, productivity, and efficiency. Your work directly contributes to workshop revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled periodic maintenance on customer vehicles per company standards
• Carry out minor repair work without compromising quality
• Accurately complete job cards and service documentation
• Provide customers with cost estimates for any additional service needs
• Conduct final vehicle inspections following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Meet individual productivity and efficiency targets
• Ensure accurate work hour logging through timely punch-in and punch-out
• Participate in all scheduled training sessions, internal assessments, and on-the-job training
• Obtain required certifications in line with the principal manufacturer’s guidelines
• Prepare and participate in annual technical skills contests

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Automobile Engineering
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Technician in an automotive dealership
• Sound technical knowledge and diagnostic ability
• Basic computer literacy
• Proficiency in English
