Key Responsibilities
Business Performance Analysis
- Monitor and evaluate key business performance indicators.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Present actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Strategic Planning
- Conduct in-depth market and business analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Support long-term business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate the impact of business decisions using data-driven analysis.
Financial Planning & Performance
- Assist with annual budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Monitor business performance against financial targets and budgets.
- Perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis to identify opportunities for improved financial performance.
- Support business cases and investment evaluations for new initiatives.
Project Management
- Lead strategic business projects from planning through execution.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support the launch of new products, services, and business initiatives.
- Track project performance and recommend process improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide strategic support.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, product, and commercial teams on key business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, business performance, management consulting, e-commerce, food delivery, or a related industry.
- Experience in subscription-based businesses is considered a plus.
- Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with financial modelling, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Looker, or similar data analysis tools.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
