In this role, you will lead the marketing strategy for SHARE’s payment and financial products, helping drive customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty. Working closely with product, analytics, finance, customer experience, and digital marketing teams, you will create impactful campaigns that support business growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new financial products, payment solutions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Use customer insights, market research, and competitor analysis to create data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, automation, in-app, ATL, and BTL channels.
  • Ensure successful product launches by managing marketing assets, customer journeys, stakeholder communication, and campaign readiness.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives to increase product awareness, customer engagement, product usage, and long-term loyalty.
  • Monitor campaign performance, customer behavior, and product metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve marketing ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and relationships with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 8–9 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Experience launching products from concept to market with measurable business results.
  • Previous experience in financial services, payments, credit cards, loyalty programs, or customer engagement is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using customer data and performance metrics to guide marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams.
  • Self-motivated mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering measurable results.
