The role holder will focus on integrating advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies to revolutionize learning experiences towards Digital Transformation. This role holder is instrumental in shaping a data-driven learning culture within the organization, enhancing the effectiveness of learning initiatives and contributing to MAF’s strategic goals. Overall, this role is central to understanding and correlating complex data sets, enabling the organization to make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance the overall effectiveness and impact of its learning programs.
Role Profile:
Play a key role in compiling, analyzing, and presenting data for MAF’s annual learning report.
Implement and manage analytics platforms for reporting and monitoring learning programs (e.g., Power BI).
Utilize visual and narrative storytelling techniques to communicate complex data in an accessible and compelling manner, providing valuable insights to stakeholders at a regular and proactive cadence.
Deploy AI technologies like natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to personalize learning experiences.
Utilize AI tools to analyze learning patterns and optimize content delivery.
Act as the primary expert in interpreting complex learning data, identifying patterns, correlations, and trends that inform strategic decisions.
Utilize advanced analytics and AI tools to analyze data from various sources, including learning management systems, employee performance metrics and feedback surveys.
Co-develop sophisticated models to predict learning outcomes and recommend interventions that align with organizational objectives.
Job Requirements:
Hands-on experience in the deployment and management of e-learning platforms, content management systems, and online learning tools.
Proven track record of working with analytics and AI technologies.
Experience in applying statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world problems in the context of learning and development.
Advanced degree in Data Science, AI, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in a role focused on learning analytics, educational technology, data science, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing and managing AI and analytics projects within an educational or corporate learning environment.
