Key Responsibilities

As a Mall Manager, your duties will include:

• Manage the overall operations of the shopping mall to achieve business goals.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, operational expenses, and revenue forecasts.
• Track financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Oversee property maintenance, facility management, and capital improvement projects.
• Lead marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer engagement initiatives to increase visitor traffic.
• Build strong relationships with retail tenants and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
• Resolve tenant and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Supervise operational departments, including concierge, administration, specialty leasing, and customer service.
• Monitor occupancy levels and support leasing strategies to maximize retail space utilization.
• Prepare management reports covering financial performance, tenant occupancy, operational activities, and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in shopping mall or commercial property management.
• At least 5–7 years in a senior leadership or management position.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, retail marketing, tenant management, and operational planning.
