Job Overview
Khansaheb Facilities Management, part of Khansaheb Group, is looking for a hardworking and reliable Male Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across designated facilities. The successful candidate will perform cleaning duties in indoor and outdoor areas, including mall floors, restrooms, corridors, and common areas.
This full-time cleaning job is suitable for candidates with previous cleaning experience who can follow hygiene standards, work efficiently as part of a team, and adapt to flexible shifts based on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in shopping malls, commercial facilities, and other assigned areas.
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors, corridors, entrances, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, washrooms, and frequently touched surfaces.
- Perform routine cleaning duties in both indoor and outdoor locations.
- Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste according to workplace procedures.
- Use cleaning tools, equipment, and materials safely and correctly.
- Ensure designated areas remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift.
- Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Identify and report spills, safety hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow cleaning schedules, supervisor instructions, and company health and safety guidelines.
- Work flexible shifts, including different schedules as required by facility operations.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in mall cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities management is an advantage.
- Basic communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Understanding of general cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and cooperate with other team members.
- Physically capable of performing routine cleaning duties in indoor and outdoor environments.
- Hardworking, punctual, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
