Expert in diesel engine overhauling for equipment and Trucks
Repairing or replacing engines ,transmissions & differential
Repairing or replacing steering and braking systems
Maintaining detailed records of serviced vehicles
Expert in hydraulics system of equipment
Expert in electrical issue in equipment and trucks
Work before over JCB , Komatsu and Volvo Excavator
Running diagnostic tests on vehicles.
Analysing diagnostic test results.
Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist.
Minimum of a High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor or workshop manager
Valid driver’s license
Advanced knowledge of diesel engines
Proficiency with maintenance tools and repair equipment
good verbal and written communication skills
good organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labour allocation for day to day operations
Ensure supplies are ordered for each job. Ensure correct job numbers are used and that time records are correct
Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area
Ensures the proper care, storage and inventory of special tools
Maintains safe work environment
IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Adaptable and able to work in a multicultural team
People management experience
