Job Details:
A highly competent, motivated and enthusiastic administrative assistant with experience of working as part of a team in a busy office environment.
Well organized and proactive in providing timely, efficient and accurate administrative support to office manager and work colleagues. Approachable, well presented and able to establish good working relationships with a range of different people.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare reports for all repair activities.
Coordinate with the office staff for the tasks and obligations needed to be accomplished as soon as possible to meet deadlines
Compiled records and daily inventory records of purchase & inventory.
Follow up and sending LPO for local purchase activity.
Making Schedules & Spares Parts based on area engineer after inspection done.
Compiled daily/weekly/monthly report for the complete maintenance activities.
Maintain all functional aspects and respond to all in bound customer request and manage efficient operation of all internal system.
Maintain communication with our Brand teams, contractors and suppliers.
Administer of all maintenance of operational systems.
Provide support to all Maintenance desk operation and manage all service & maintenance calls to be deputed & assigned to teams as per customer requirements and provide support all customers.

Eligible Candidate:
Excellent Communication Skills & Good Team Player.
Familiar with Customer Service call Management.
Must be detail oriented with follow up skills.
Civil/Electrical Engineering Diploma or above.
Previous experience in Computerized maintenance management preferred.
Good Knowledge of MS Office.
