Job Overview

Al-Futtaim Watches & Jewellery is looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join its retail operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy coordinating supply chain activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting logistics and finance teams.

The successful candidate will help manage inbound and outbound shipments, oversee inventory-related processes, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, and ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Logistics

• Manage inbound logistics activities using SAP Material Management.
• Coordinate vendor setup and support the creation of required system records.
• Work closely with warehouses, suppliers, clearing agents, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure timely receipt of shipments.
• Monitor shipment documentation and ensure all import-related records are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate banking documents such as letters of credit and bank guarantees with relevant departments.
• Assist in payment documentation and maintain import schedules for finance reporting.

Outbound Logistics

• Process customer and internal sales orders through SAP.
• Prepare proforma invoices and ensure pricing information is correctly updated.
• Coordinate picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch activities.
• Prepare export documentation, including packing lists and shipping documents, while ensuring compliance with destination country requirements.
• Work with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Payment Coordination

• Process logistics-related invoices, including freight, courier, customs, and warehouse charges.
• Maintain payment records and prepare reports to support financial tracking and analysis.
• Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely payment processing.

Inventory Management

• Perform regular inventory reconciliation between warehouse records and SAP.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate with warehouse, sourcing, and finance teams to resolve issues.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and reporting.

Required Skills

Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, administration, sales coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and documentation processes.
• Familiarity with accounting procedures and financial reporting is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
