Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics. Determine size, color scheme, arrangement of illustrative material and copy..
Uses established style guides to deliver graphics in line with branding requirements. Utilizing knowledge of layout and composition principles, and aesthetic design concepts.
Overseeing the design projects throughout their development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery which includes reviewing junior designers’ work to ensure high quality.
Incorporate relevant branding, marketing, and communication strategies in designs.
Complete design projects on time and within the designated budget.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects. Be the CAFU brand police!
Uphold localised brand identity guidelines and translate them into any creative projects you are working on.
Act as a liaison between internal departments and external agencies for larger campaigns.
Work closely with the Growth marketing team to develop printed materials for channels such as direct mail, CRM, gift cards and partnerships as well as develop inspiring new customer material.

Maintain current working knowledge of all graphics software options and capabilities.
Organize and maintain digital creative assets such as: original working files, logos, photos, and video/audio files.
Uphold brand identity guidelines and translate them into any creative projects you are working on.
Create effective social media assets for various social media channels; this includes organic posts.
5+ years’ experience at a creative / branding agency or design-led consumer brand.
BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role with a portfolio of completed design projects.
Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and proficient in design software (e.g., InDesign and Balsamiq).
Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling. Aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colourscolors, fonts, and layouts.
Experience in digital design (social media experience a plus).
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing clear tasks and timelines.
