Responsibilities:
Plan and execute new design concepts.
Enhance current user interface designs for optimal performance.
Engage with clients to grasp their business objectives and targets.
Formulate both technical and business requirements.
Integrate creativity with a comprehensive understanding of design principles.
Ensure the inclusion of relevant user research throughout the design phases.
Clearly communicate actionable insights derived from user research.

Qualifications for Success:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior or lead UI/UX position.
At least 2 years of exposure to omnichannel retail, particularly focused on e-commerce.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
