- You’ll be joining us during a very exciting stage of development within our company as we launch Flex Living in Dubai.
- Since our launch in 2019, we have doubled in size every six months, and have already launched Flex Living in multiple cities worldwide.
Job Roles:
- Assisting with maintenance and guiding the maintenance team on the delivery of repairs.
- The salary we are currently offering for this position is AED 3,216 per month
- Quality Control on all projects
- Providing training to new members of staff
- Ordering supplies including equipment and furniture
- Coordinating photoshoots of completed properties
- Manage multiple contractors across multiple apartments in the delivery of painting, decorating and
- refurbishment projects
- As senior foreman, you would be the most senior member of our ground operational team. Your
- daily tasks would be varied but your main responsibilities would
- Property Refurbishment + Maintenance
