The role is responsible for effectively scheduling and allocating repair jobs to production lines, coordinating workshop activities, monitoring job progress, and supporting timely vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Job Scheduling and Workshop Coordination
- Plan and allocate repair jobs to appropriate production lines based on workshop capacity, resources, and required completion times.
- Coordinate with the Workshop Controller on daily workshop operations and business activities.
- Work with the Manager to plan and coordinate repair schedules effectively.
- Regularly update and monitor Job Scheduling and Progress Control to ensure jobs are completed and delivered on time.
- Follow established work standards, repair procedures, company policies, and required time standards.
- Support smooth workflow and effective utilization of workshop resources.
Job Progress and Quality Control
- Monitor the progress of assigned repair jobs and take appropriate follow-up actions when required.
- Ensure workshop activities comply with QMS SOP requirements and established quality standards.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records of completed service and repair work.
- Stay informed about new automotive technologies, work procedures, repair methods, and time standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve workshop productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Workshop Safety and Compliance
- Maintain discipline and professional standards within the service establishment.
- Ensure the workshop remains safe, clean, and organized by following company rules and regulations.
- Comply with the ALAC Quality Management System and applicable health and safety standards.
- Support environmental protection initiatives and help prevent workplace and environmental harm.
- Follow all company policies and operational procedures.
Team Support and Administration
- Contribute to team objectives and complete related tasks as required.
- Participate in organizational improvement initiatives and workshop process improvements.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or Manager.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with workshop teams and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a reputed automotive workshop in a similar Job Controller or workshop scheduling role.
- Certification as a Master B&P Advisor or Technician.
- Fluency in spoken Arabic.
- Proficiency in computer applications and workshop-related systems.
- Previous automotive after-sales or workshop experience is preferred.
