IT Support Engineer

Job Description
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in deskside support.
Proficiency in Windows 10, Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with printers and IP phones.
Basic knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL processes.
Familiarity with IP protocols and Office 365.
Experience in Google Suite (Workspace) administration.
Ability to respond to and resolve assigned calls within SLA.
Self-management of workload with the ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues.
Adherence to service levels for end-user support.
Collaboration with third parties to resolve technical issues.
Accurate updates in the Call Management System with clear progress and resolution details.
Accountability for tasks including software installation, IT asset management, printer service, and LAN connectivity.

Job Required Profile:
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in simplifying complex information for audiences of varying technical expertise, including all levels of management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT support engineer.
