- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and industry innovations to bring fresh ideas and creativity to projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and industry professionals to foster collaborative partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in all interior design projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of design plans within specified timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, address any design or construction issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Conceptualization, space planning, material selection, and overall design development.
- Collaborate with top management and key stakeholder to understand the design requirements, preferences.
- Create and present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to management for approval.
- Manage and lead a team of interior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship as required.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, material procurement, and invoicing.
