Orient Insurance PJSC is looking for an experienced Insurance Executive to join its Financial Services team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in property insurance, underwriting, policy renewals, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage insurance policy renewals and review customer accounts before renewal dates to improve portfolio profitability.
- Process underwriting requests in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and internal procedures.
- Assess new insurance applications by analyzing potential risks and supporting underwriting decisions.
- Coordinate periodic risk assessments and surveys for insured properties when required.
- Work closely with internal sales teams and business partners to secure new business opportunities while retaining existing clients.
- Prepare reports on premiums, claims, and portfolio performance to support business planning and management decisions.
- Ensure timely processing of insurance documentation and maintain accurate policy records.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders by delivering a high standard of professional service.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of property insurance principles and underwriting practices.
- Excellent analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to organize workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or a recognized qualification in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional insurance certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably in underwriting or property insurance.
- Proven experience managing insurance portfolios, renewals, and underwriting operations.
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, policy administration, and risk evaluation.
