Job Description:
We seek an Insurance Claims Processor to join our team and assist in efficiently processing general insurance claims, including property, casualty, and liability claims. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and verifying claim information for accuracy and completeness, communicating with various stakeholders to gather necessary documentation, maintaining up-to-date records of claim status, and providing administrative support to claims adjusters and managers. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance claims processing efficiency and customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Process insurance claims for property, casualty, and liability lines.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of claim information through thorough review and verification.
Communicate effectively with policyholders, insurance agents, and third-party vendors to collect required documentation and information.
Maintain precise records of claim status and interactions with stakeholders.
Provide administrative assistance to claims adjusters and managers.
Collaborate with other teams to improve claims processing efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding claims processing and customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
Certification in insurance claims processing or general insurance principles is preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in insurance claims processing or a related field.
Open to candidates of all nationalities.
Proficiency in English language; additional language skills are advantageous.
Strong technical skills in MS Office, claims management software, and database management.
