The Sales Engineer – Security Systems is a key role will be directly reporting to Sales Director– Install Business. You will be concentrated on project sales and installation solutions, growing our market share with new business customers in Dubai & Northern Emirates and driving the growth of business for Install division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Security Systems portfolio.

As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.

Job Responsibility:

You will qualify and work closely along with our internal pre-sales expertise to have the right techno-commercial solutions for the projects with customers

Prepares technical and commercial proposals for the customers and direct tenders.

You will demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your market understanding, sales strategies, products and services.

As the Sales Engineer – Security systems, you will use your experience and knowledge of the CFS market to forecast and develop an annual sales plan, exploring market opportunities, developing and implementing strategies and processes to maximize margins while increasing market share, and you will;

Have an understanding and knowledge of our product portfolio among Security solutions and you will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations in order to close the new opportunities.

Develops and maintains long-term relationship with the customers and identifies ways to anticipate customer needs.

You are determined and consistent in your approach to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously by planning and time management skills.

You will adhere to company processes, compliances and policies, with zero tolerance, while executing professional responsibilities.

Proven track record of achieving sales within the UAE market.
Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.
Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
Determined, results and self-driven, maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Valid UAE Driving License
Bachelors in electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
Minimum 3-6 years of sales experience focused on sales and installation solutions for Security systems business within UAE region.
Strong knowledge of Physical Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control System, Thermal Camera System, LPR, Perimeter Intrusion Detection System, and associated network infrastructures).
