Preparing and placing documents and trailer for UAE to upper gulf ROAD movement.
Follow up of shipping documents, ensuring timely completion of document process for smooth clearing of shipments.
Monitoring port pendency and shipment clearing status, Liaising with Destination import team / warehouse on timely clearing of shipments.
Prepare Order shipment expense statements.
Prepare MIS reports.
Order Shipment follow up with Vendors. Collaborating with Buying and Planning department for handling default shipments.
Shipment nomination, Ensuring cost effectiveness, lead time and service level
Monitoring vessel sailing schedules and liaising with carriers and suppliers on shipment booking process.
Preparing monthly shipment projection
