Job Details:
As a pivotal member of the Human Capital Team, the role is dedicated to driving forward the Human Capital agenda for MAF Lifestyle. This includes a broad spectrum of responsibilities, encompassing the promotion of positive employee relations, governance, investigative processes, performance management, engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and the meticulous implementation of human capital policies and procedures.

  • Job Roles:
  • Administrative Oversight: Take accountability for various HR administrative activities within MAF Lifestyle.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze frontline individual performance, making data-driven decisions in collaboration with brand heads.
  • Promotion and Talent Development: Collaborate with management to identify and nurture internal talent, recommending employees for promotions, transfers, and career development opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data to support informed business decisions, aligning with company goals and sustainability strategies.
  • Compliance and Employee Relations: Oversee disciplinary and grievance investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Lead Onboarding and Cultural Integration: Manage the onboarding process to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into Majid Al Futtaim’s culture and values
  • Exit Process Management: Manage the offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and analyze exit trends for continuous improvement.
  • Investigations and Conflict Resolution: Lead investigations into workplace conflicts, ethical concerns, and policy violations, ensuring fair and thorough resolution.
  • Job Requirement:
  • Qualification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD).
  • Comprehensive understanding of HC verticals.
  • Retail environment experience preferred.
  • Awareness of labor laws.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems.
    5-6 years’ experience in an HC generalist role.
