We are currently recruiting for a Human Resource Manager for our trusted client to be based out of Saudi Arabia. Transguard Group was established in 2001 and has diversified significantly, we lead in the fields of Cash Services, Security Services, Manpower Services, Facilities Management & Aviation.

Roles:
Ensure a proper implementation of company policies, strategies, objectives, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
Create recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and Labor Laws.
Provide direction, guidance & support to staffs.
Ensure that the standardization law is complied as per the local law.
Maintain effective employee relations.
Develop strategic solutions to meet workforce demands.
Handle of matters related to labor office, labor court, GOSI, and other government departments.
Provide guidance and direction in matters such as compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
Monitor Iqama related process (Insurance, renewal, Profession change, sponsorship change).
Supervise activities of all visit and employment visas issuance.
Ensure compliance to the group and national policies including but not limited to the maintenance of the quality management system.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
Supervise day to day HR operations.
Travel & conduct meeting with HR officials as & when required.
Maintain employee records according to the policy and legal requirements.
Review employment and working condition to ensure legal compliance.
Investigate and resolve all employee complaints, issues and concerns regarding employment practices, working conditions, disciplinary actions, originating from various sources.

Develop training and development programs.
Ensure that adequate Saudization (Nitaqat) is met.
Track KPI’s and metrics.
Monitor the leave provisions are kept minimum by all departments.
Any other HR related activities assigned by the management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Department.
Proven experience as HR Manager or other higher HR positions.
Communication/ Coordination skills to deal with government departments.
Proficiency in English & Arabic.
Travel/ Visit all branches in Saudi Arabia to address all HR related activities.
Graduation preferable related to HR or Business.
