Job Details:
As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be responsible for HR within the Cartier regional team and play a lead role in animating the HR community throughout MEIAT by attracting, devolving and retaining unique talented individuals. Job Role:
Enhance business performance through identifying HR trends, talents and actively contribute to the Maison growth & key strategies such as Nationalization.
Collaborate with wider HR community including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and L&D to ensure continuous performance of our talents and secure new talents for the Maison.

Drive local compensation & benefits strategy with C&B team, including management of HR budget & workforce planning.
Facilitate all HR processes such as employee development journey, performance management & employee wellbeing.
Be a data driven expert and can provide analysis of the people function and drive performance through data key indicators and insights & be proactive in digital transformation.

Manage day to day HR Operations for the regional team in Dubai by driving and embedding the people strategy and providing HR guidance to employees and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Skills:
Overall you have a minimum of 6 years working experience in end to end HR including people development, talent acquisition and possess the ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders as a HR professional.

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and key business stakeholders. You have advanced level Excel skills with previous experience managing HR budgets, people cost & strategic HR planning for mid-long term vision. You are passionate about people, people driven and lead with empathy and value having a close proximity to employees to ensure their working experience at Cartier is in line with the Maison values. Previous work experience in the UAE & awareness of MEIAT region is a plus but not essential.
