Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HR compliance audits to ensure adherence to company policies and UAE employment laws.
- Review HR transactions for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance before final approval.
- Verify employee master data, personnel files, onboarding documents, attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee movement records.
- Audit HR-related invoices, reimbursements, salary increment proposals, refunds, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID, medical insurance, employee insurance, and government portal requirements.
- Perform regular reconciliations between HR records, payroll systems, insurance databases, and government portals to identify discrepancies.
- Identify HR compliance risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and compliance improvements.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law, Free Zone regulations, and company standards.
- Prepare detailed HR audit reports, compliance findings, and recommendations for senior management.
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance HR governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR compliance, HR auditing, payroll verification, or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Free Zone regulations, and statutory HR compliance requirements.
- Experience auditing HR records, payroll processes, employee documentation, and government transactions.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Excel, and HR reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Maintain HR transaction accuracy of 99% or higher.
- Complete scheduled HR compliance audits on time.
- Reduce repeat compliance issues through effective corrective actions.
- Ensure accuracy of employee records and payroll documentation.
