The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior management, providing human resources guidance that supports business growth, employee performance, organizational effectiveness, and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development & HR Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies and annual HR plans in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and practices across the business division.
- Ensure new employees receive appropriate onboarding and support to become productive quickly.
- Develop succession planning and retention strategies for critical roles and key talent.
- Identify organizational development requirements and implement appropriate HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement learning and development plans.
- Establish performance management plans to improve employee performance and manage performance-related exits when required.
Training & Talent Development
- Coordinate with the Group Training Department to deliver required learning and development programs.
- Identify training requirements for key employees and high-potential talent.
- Support talent development and succession planning for critical positions.
- Ensure key roles have suitable succession plans in place.
- Conduct regular Talent Development Committee meetings and annual people reviews.
- Align training and development initiatives with business and workforce requirements.
Employee Relations & HR Compliance
- Manage employee relations matters across assigned business units.
- Promote an engaged workplace culture aligned with company values.
- Advise managers on employee relations issues, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Support managers in handling disciplinary matters in accordance with company procedures and applicable laws.
- Implement HR policy updates and ensure consistent application across the organization.
- Identify and address potential employee relations risks.
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR advisor and business partner to senior line management.
- Coach and mentor managers on people management and employee-related matters.
- Develop initiatives that support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze employee feedback and recommend actions to improve engagement.
- Provide HR guidance during organizational changes and business transformation.
- Act as a change agent to facilitate smooth implementation of organizational initiatives.
Workforce Planning & Optimization
- Advise management on workforce planning and efficient organizational structures.
- Support workforce optimization and the development of lean and productive teams.
- Facilitate organizational restructuring, consolidation, and business transformation initiatives.
- Communicate organizational changes effectively and monitor employee feedback.
- Support localization and workforce diversity objectives.
- Monitor workforce productivity and ensure alignment with business targets.
HR Financial Management
- Prepare and provide employee cost and manpower reports for management.
- Support annual manpower budgeting and workforce planning exercises.
- Monitor HR-related budgets and employee costs.
- Ensure compliance with financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
- Participate in board and financial meetings when required to communicate manpower and budget performance.
HR Policies & Governance
- Ensure compliance with Group HR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor adherence to HR processes and address policy breaches appropriately.
- Support Emiratization and workforce diversification initiatives.
- Educate employees and managers about HR policies, procedures, and organizational requirements.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable UAE employment laws and company standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- CIPD qualification is desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, including previous experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning.
