The HR analyst position entails gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR program data. Collaborating closely with functional teams, the role focuses on leveraging data insights to enhance decision-making and optimize training effectiveness. Utilizing diverse data sources, tools, and techniques, the analyst assesses HR program impacts and offers actionable suggestions. Additionally, they oversee administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and organizational maintenance on SAP/SuccessFactors. With a broad understanding of HR practices, the analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting various departmental priorities.

Responsibilities:
Assist the line manager in analyzing and reporting data related to manpower, finances, headcount, attrition, and Emiratisation specific to operations.
Proficiently produce and manipulate Excel tables with meticulous attention to detail.
Analyze and report on all produced data, including tracking and measuring deliveries for all brands.
Support the Divisional HR team in gathering manpower requirements, validating budget assumptions, and accurately entering data into planning tools for each cost center. Create headcount tracking sheets by band and cost center, alongside budget approvals.
Compile data for HR reporting, analyze variances, and prepare reports.
Review and consolidate all internal recruitment and salary proposal cases to ensure compliance with policies.
Support the line manager in HR digital transformation initiatives, including SAP system upgrades and SuccessFactors (EC) implementation.
Ensure monthly updates of all reports within data centers/storage with accurate data.
Update reporting in PowerPoint templates and distribute among key HR members.
Provide administrative, financial, and analytical support to the HR team.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in preparing financial and dashboard reports.
Handle personnel information with sensitivity and maintain confidentiality due to the nature of the job

Necessary Skills:
Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Financial Modeling: Proficiency in analyzing data and creating financial models.
Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to present findings effectively.
Advanced MS Office: Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SAP (SuccessFactors).

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields blending business and IT.
Proficiency in developing and analyzing data, conducting trend analysis, and identifying discrepancies in data.
Ability to devise continuous data review strategies, spot discrepancies, and execute data cleanup procedures as necessary.
Skill in recognizing, managing, and resolving project risks and issues.
Familiarity with HR metrics is advantageous.
2 to 5 years of experience in roles involving analytics, business intelligence, or other quantitative disciplines within dynamic business environments.
Experience in handling diverse data sources such as Access, Excel, SQL Databases, etc., and utilizing statistical analytics tools.
Demonstrated success in delivering valuable insights and information to mid to senior-level management.
