The HR Analyst – Onboarding provides essential operational support throughout the new hire journey. This role manages onboarding-related queries, coordinates with new joiners, and ensures all documentation meets legal and company standards. Success requires strong communication with stakeholders across the MENA region, strict compliance with policies, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. While the role does not involve team supervision, it plays a key part in shaping the employee experience and ensuring seamless onboarding operations.
What You Will Do
- Deliver operational support for new hire processes, including handling onboarding queries and maintaining clear communication with new joiners.
- Process documentation for government requirements and support joining formalities such as hotel bookings, e-ticket arrangements, and corporate induction.
- Provide guidance on company policies and UAE labor law while collaborating with Line Managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders across MENA.
- Ensure case management follows Service Level Agreements and meets required turnaround times.
- Drive customer focus by collecting feedback through surveys and direct stakeholder interactions.
- Maintain data integrity through regular quality checks, confidentiality adherence, and accurate SAP entries.
- Support service excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and effective teamwork.
- Uphold operational efficiency by updating WIP reports, escalating issues promptly, and ensuring accurate tracker updates and case closures.
- Stay informed on company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to UAE labor laws.

What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, Technology, or an equivalent field.
- 2–3 years of HR generalist experience within the UAE or GCC, with a focus on onboarding.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR Module or similar ERP systems, and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exposure to help-desk tools such as Salesforce and experience in a fast-paced shared services environment is a plus.
- Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law.
