Emaar Hospitality Group is currently offering an opportunity for a Housekeeping Ambassador II – General Housekeeping in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will support daily housekeeping operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and hotel procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Housekeeping Operations

• Perform daily housekeeping duties according to established hotel standards, procedures, and service requirements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout assigned areas.
• Complete all operational housekeeping tasks efficiently and within the required timelines.
• Follow hotel policies and standard operating procedures during daily operations.
• Ensure guest requests are received, handled, and delivered promptly and accurately.

Guest Service

• Provide courteous, professional, and personalized service to hotel guests.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping-related guest requests and requirements.
• Go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations whenever possible.
• Proactively identify guest needs and provide appropriate assistance.
• Help prevent guest complaints by maintaining consistent service standards.
• Support effective service recovery when guest concerns or complaints arise.

Teamwork and Communication

• Communicate proactively and professionally with fellow hotel colleagues and Ambassadors.
• Work closely with housekeeping team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Keep the guest’s interests and comfort at the center of all housekeeping activities.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain effective communication throughout the shift.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and service-focused working environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related position within a 5-star hotel is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience at the same level or in a similar housekeeping role.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Minimum educational qualification of High School Diploma or Higher Secondary education.
• Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
