Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials
Coordinate with other team members to ensure the smooth execution of projects
Estimate the cost and materials required for fire doors and hardware projects
Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment costs
Create and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to fire doors and hardware
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams
Candidate Profile:
At least 3-5 years of experience in fire door and hardware estimation
Experience working in the construction or building industry
Strong knowledge of fire door and hardware products, materials, and installation methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Certification in fire door and hardware estimation is highly desired
