Support the execution of the DP World Our World, Our Future sustainability strategy. The Manager will provide critical support regarding ESG reporting, capacity- building, ESG measurement, target tracking and KPI’s.

Job Role:
Support the execution of the DP World Our World, Our Future sustainability strategy. The Manager will provide critical support regarding ESG reporting, capacity- building, ESG measurement, target tracking and KPI’s.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support with year-end sustainability disclosures including contributions to the Annual/ ESG Report, case studies and reporting on the Company’s sustainability strategy and performance.
Support the delivery of ESG and sustainability rankings & ratings though data submissions on portals/ platforms/ dashboards.
Support ESG materiality assessment.
Support the identification, management and monitoring of sustainability risks.
Provide support with the execution of various Sustainable Finance initiatives across the Group.
Support/co-lead the Group Human Rights programme and initiatives
Provide support to Group for Sustainability events.
Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
Perform other related duties as assigned
Monitor ESG regulatory and policy developments and changes as well as reporting standards and best practices
Keep up to date with ESG rating agency developments and ESG reporting landscape.
Support with the aggregation and analysis of ESG data from across the company.
Prepare ESG reporting summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Evaluate international standards and ensure that best practice and requirements are integrated within relevant policies and procedures.
Conduct reviews of disclosure and performance gaps in priority ESG rankings and ratings. Use these insights to address disclosure gaps.
Monitor performance improvement plans.

KEY DELIVERABLES:
COP 28 Stakeholder Engagement and general support.
Baselining and gap assessment for upcoming Reporting Standards i.e., EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), EU, Directive on corporate sustainability due diligence (the CSDDD).
Regional level oversight – support with budget controls/processes
Completion of the Ecovardis and UNGC COP Disclosures.
Materiality Assessment and Stakeholder Engagement support.
Oversee the delivery of an ESG Report microsite.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Knowledge and interest in sustainability related areas or topics
Extensive experience working and leading in a team-based environment
Developed high technical, analytical, collaboration, stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
Strong project management and personnel management skills
Experience with or in the space of Sustainable Finance would be advantageous
A degree, preferably in business, engineering, accounting, or other sustainability related discipline
At least 5 years’ experience working with analytics/ reporting in a large company and/or professional services firm
At least 3 years of demonstrated expertise and understanding of ESG
