We are seeking a highly analytical Global Assistant Manager – Sales Performance & Data Analyst to support commercial and marketing performance across global logistics operations. This role focuses on transforming business data into actionable insights through advanced reporting, dashboard development, and performance analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial, marketing, finance, and operations teams to improve decision-making, forecasting, and overall business performance.

Commercial Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Analyze commercial and sales data to identify business trends, opportunities, and performance improvements.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor business performance across regions, business units, customer accounts, and service lines.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead conversion, sales pipeline health, revenue growth, forecast accuracy, account performance, and customer acquisition.
- Prepare regular management reports, executive summaries, and business performance presentations.
- Convert complex datasets into easy-to-understand visual reports and actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Support forecasting activities using historical sales data, pipeline analysis, and commercial performance metrics.
Marketing Analytics
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance across digital channels and customer segments.
- Create dashboards to measure lead generation, campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Analyze customer journeys and marketing attribution to understand their impact on sales pipeline and revenue generation.
- Support alignment between marketing and sales reporting to provide complete visibility from lead generation to revenue.
Sales Performance Support
- Monitor the performance of strategic customer accounts and commercial initiatives.
- Analyze customer engagement, tender activities, contract renewal opportunities, and account development performance.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and business growth.
Reporting Automation & Business Intelligence
- Design and enhance automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other business intelligence tools.
- Utilize CRM systems, ERP platforms, and operational databases to create accurate business reports and dashboards.
- Validate reporting accuracy and coordinate with technical teams to resolve data quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing automation and AI-enabled reporting capabilities.
- Deliver training and guidance to users on reporting dashboards and analytical tools.
Collaboration & Business Support
- Partner with commercial, marketing, finance, operations, and IT teams to deliver accurate business intelligence.
- Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and develop customized analytical solutions.
- Support leadership with timely performance reports, strategic insights, and business recommendations.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and commercial forecasts using historical performance and market trends.
- Monitor actual business performance against budgets and forecasts while identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend enhancements to forecasting models and reporting methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial reporting, business analytics, sales operations, or performance analysis.
- Strong experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data visualization, and business reporting.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or commercial organizations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, digital reporting, forecasting, and AI-powered reporting tools is considered a plus.
