Financial Analysis and Planning:
Support the FP&A function for an asset portfolio exceeding AED 800 million in the vehicle leasing and rental sector.
Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting activities across financial services, rental, and leasing entities.
Assist overseas rental and leasing entities in their budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Ensure timely submission of budgets and forecasts using SAP and other relevant modules such as IFRP and BPC.
Prepare comprehensive business plans covering 3- to 5-year periods to support fundraising activities.
Sales Target Setting:
Collaborate with the sales team to establish monthly sales targets.
Align product penetration goals with budgeted or forecasted targets.
Payplan Review:
Regularly review pay plan grids or slabs at the brand level for both B2B and B2C channels.
Track ITI% (Income Through Insurance) against budget or forecast.
Management Information System (MIS) Reporting and Variance Analysis:
Conduct KPI analysis on revenue streams for all entities.
Calculate and analyze revenue variances based on revenue components.
Dashboard and Scorecard Preparation:
Develop monthly dashboard and scorecard highlighting key financial KPIs and variances compared to budget, forecast, and the previous year.
Assistance in Board Presentations:
Assist in preparing and compiling slides related to financial KPIs for monthly board presentations.
Successful candidates for this role should possess the following skills:
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Financial Modeling, and presentation skills.
Experience in financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
In-depth knowledge of data analysis techniques and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) for business.
Familiarity with SAP FICO, SAP BPC, and reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with qualifications like CA, MBA Finance, ACCA, CMA, or CPA.
Responsibilities will include managing the SAP Budget Upload module, SAP BPC, and Auto IFRP, utilizing Tableau for detailed revenue analysis, implementing governance and process improvements, overseeing FP&A activities, and managing the target-setting process.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and report directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A.
