Job Role:
The Product Manager’s responsibility includes the adaptation of the Company and Section strategy to the designated categories.
The Private Brand Manager is expected to propose and develop new Private Brand products and optimize all financial KPIs and the follow up of the existing range.
The Product Manager is fully responsible and accountable for the Private Brand range and performance of a group of categories.

Job Responsibility:
Respect of deadlines during Private Brand development process by coordinating with Suppliers and Quality team to secure item planned launch dates
Ability to source, develop, negotiate and launch Private Brand products aligned with development plans in a timely manner
Ensure proper communication on the product launch and ensure the range is available on all platforms (Internal & External – Online & Offline)
Ability to Source for new vendors.
Ensure regular product performance review and propose action plans if necessary
Ensure the marketing of Private Brand items in coordination with Marketing and Sales Development
Stay abreast of market trends and innovation to elaborate action plans, maintain Private Brand brand’s strategy and develop Private Brand’s Range answering Customer Demands.
Ensure Private Brand items meet local sales targets and profit goals

Job Requirements:
Excellent Level of English
Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skills
Analytical and Financial skills.
Strong planning and organization kills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
5 years’ of experience in a similar position or FMCG Category Manager Position.
Professional Usage of Microsoft Office.
