We are seeking an experienced FM Manager – Technical to oversee Hard Facilities Management operations across multiple sites in Dubai, UAE. The role is responsible for managing maintenance services, engineering teams, client relationships, budgets, and compliance while ensuring reliable building operations and high service standards.

Operations Management
- Manage daily Hard FM operations across assigned facilities and contracts.
- Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, civil, structural, BMS, and related building systems.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, equipment performance, and asset reliability.
- Coordinate emergency maintenance and resolve critical technical issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset documentation.
Strategic & Business Planning
- Develop operational plans aligned with business objectives.
- Support project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and operational improvements.
- Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage operational budgets.
- Monitor expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
- Review vendor quotations and subcontractor performance.
- Assist with financial reporting and contract profitability.
Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and develop engineering and maintenance teams.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular employee evaluations.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive safety culture.
- Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and external service providers.
Client Management
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide operational updates.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure service excellence.
- Support contract renewals and identify opportunities for additional services.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and client requirements.
- Promote health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Support audits, inspections, risk assessments, and safety initiatives.
- Maintain required statutory certifications and documentation.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor KPIs, maintenance performance, and resource utilization.
- Analyze equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Present operational updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Facilities Management.
- At least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing Hard FM operations.
- Experience managing multiple facilities and maintenance contracts.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC, BMS, asset management, and maintenance planning.
- Knowledge of CAFM/CMMS software, budgeting, contract management, and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with UAE facilities management standards and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CFM, FMP, IWFM, or equivalent are preferred.
