The Financial Analyst will contribute to the preparation and consolidation of financial information, support planning and forecasting activities, assist with automation and finance projects, and provide administrative support to the BP&A team. Key Responsibilities – Financial Analyst Jobs in Dubai
Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the BP&A team in managing the Strategic Plan, annual budget, and financial forecasts.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of planning and budgeting activities.
- Ensure financial planning information is accurate, complete, and submitted within agreed timelines.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to support the timely completion of planning requirements.
- Assist in analysing financial data to support business planning and decision-making.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Support the preparation, review, and circulation of regular and ad-hoc financial reports and management analysis.
- Assist the BP&A team with financial performance reporting and analysis.
- Consolidate financial information from relevant business functions.
- Follow up on reporting requirements and ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Support contingency planning and financial analysis when required.
- Identify and communicate relevant financial information to support business discussions.
Finance Automation & Projects
- Support the BP&A team with finance automation projects and reporting initiatives.
- Assist with preparing, following up, and circulating project reports and financial analyses.
- Support process improvement and automation activities within the finance function.
- Help ensure project-related financial information is accurate and delivered within agreed timelines.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to support the successful implementation of finance projects.
Administrative and Business Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the BP&A Head and Finance team.
- Assist with financial documentation, reporting schedules, follow-ups, and other team requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure assigned responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.

- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
