Job Role:

Overall Financial management of Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery finance activities including but not limited to statutory accounting, books closing, taxation, Overhead controlling, SAP / IT coordination, Commercial & Finance Business Partner.

Job Responsibility:

Commercial business support to achieve operating targets while ensuring that Al Futtaim risk management principles and process are strictly followed

Prepare Yearly budgets and Quarterly Forecast including LTP & preparation of presentation pack

Tax compliance

Ensure complete adherence to Al Futtaim Group policies & IFRS in term of revenue recognition

Feasibility study and business development support (brands acquisition, new territories). Coordination with Group Finance / Tax / Legal / Audit

Close partnership with regional management (Business & Operation)
Ensure closing of books in SAP on a monthly basis including the review & updating the GL schedules in coordination with SSF.

Review, Control and Manage working capital including AR, Inventory & AP by closely working with Product & Sales teams

Manage Internal & External audit

Manage Principal Vendor accounts including Claims & Subsidies

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Chartered Accountant
Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting

Minimum Experience:
Expert knowledge in MS Office – Excel /Word / Power point
Experience of at least 10 years preferably in a Retail environment with Managerial experience of atleast 2 years or big Four Audit experience with 2 years industry experience
Knowledge of SAP BPC or SAP Business Warehouse will be highly regarded
