Responsible for performing various operational activities within Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment Treasury Function. The role is primarily focused on daily bank reconciliation, daily review of statements. Over time, the individual is expected to acquire a good understanding of IBAM (Treasury Management System).
Job Responsibility:
Management of Bank Accounts for all regions – Opening, closing, maintenance, change of signatories, securing bank letters etc
Online eBanking process management – admin rights and super users for all approvers
Maintain signatory reconciliation for secure bank balance confirmations for audit purposes
Reconciliation for authorized signatories/dealing mandates
Prepare periodic treasury reports as assigned
Provide support on ad hoc assignments/projects as appropriate
Act as back up for Treasury Manager
Job Requirement:
Strong analytical and coordination skills
Attentive to details and good at prioritizing jobs under tight tim
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
1-3 years in administrative/ document management in project management related fields
Available for a temporary basis
Proactive, well-organized, and ready to assume responsibilities
Excellent skills in written and oral English
