Job Overview
Khansaheb Facilities Management, part of Khansaheb Group, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Female Cleaner in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across designated indoor and outdoor areas, including mall facilities, restrooms, floors, and common areas.
This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with previous cleaning experience who can work flexible shifts and contribute to a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for visitors, employees, and other occupants.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain designated indoor and outdoor areas in accordance with company hygiene standards.
- Ensure shopping mall floors, corridors, restrooms, and common areas remain clean and presentable.
- Perform routine sweeping, mopping, dusting, and other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, washrooms, and frequently touched surfaces.
- Collect and dispose of waste properly, following workplace cleanliness and safety procedures.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages when necessary.
- Use cleaning materials, tools, and equipment safely and appropriately.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, spills, or potential safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow assigned cleaning schedules and instructions from the facilities management team.
- Maintain professional conduct and cooperate with colleagues to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Work flexible shifts according to operational requirements.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities management.
- Previous experience cleaning malls, commercial buildings, or similar facilities is beneficial.
- Basic communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning methods, hygiene practices, and safe handling of cleaning materials.
- Ability to perform cleaning duties in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Hardworking, punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
