As an F&B Online Product Consultant focused on Home Delivery, your primary responsibility is to assist the Product Manager in executing the Food and Beverage online delivery product roadmap, vision, and strategy across Entertainment businesses. Your role involves facilitating the rollout of product monetization initiatives on web and mobile platforms, as well as expanding the customer journey for online food delivery.
Role Profile:
Deep understanding of Food and Beverage delivery operations and logistics in the UAE and MENA region.
Efficient handling of operations and customer queries across the region, maintaining clear communication with market contacts.
Proactively seek and establish business partnerships to access new market segments and geographical areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, E-commerce, IT, CX, and finance.
Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Utilize analytics and experimentation to assess the impact of newly implemented features.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery and manage ongoing workstreams.
Ensure delivery SLAs of aggregators and last-mile partners are met to enhance the delivery experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in online food delivery operations, ecommerce, or related fields.
Strong customer empathy and the ability to translate complex data and insights into user-friendly experiences.
Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Flexibility to work varied hours, with a focus on results, particularly during peak periods and as needed to achieve objectives.
