Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor all information of F&B and Special Events mentioned in all channels (print and online) and ensure correctness and up to date.

Oversees the timely production of all printed and digital collaterals for F&B and Special Events aligned with the brand standard.
Development and execution of F&B and Special Event marketing activities/calendar.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to promote and communicate relevant offerings and activities.

Works closely with F&B and Special Events Departments to map out promotional activities for the year.

Create monthly content plan for offers, events, and happenings within the predetermined period across all channels and platforms including website, social media and eDMs.

Ensure the restaurants’ social media presence is aligned with the brand positioning and business objectives.

Provide ongoing support in email and online marketing, filming and photoshoot, and other marketing and communications related activities.

Prepares monthly reports for all marketing initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum of 2 – 3 years marketing experience, working in hospitality (hotel or food & beverage) industry or with agency background managing F&B brands. (Essential)

Excellent, both as communicator and listener when dealing with guests, suppliers, partners and equally with colleagues.
Experience in managing social media platforms, website contents and email marketing solutions.
Sound practical knowledge of brand management and other marketing principles.
Outstanding writing, editing and communication skills in English language. (Essential)
Strong proficiency on Microsoft Office. (Essential)Highly organized, great communication skills and great attention to detail are key qualities to success in this role. Ability to work well under pressure and extended working hours to meet deadlines.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications.
