F&B Ambassador II – Job Description
The F&B Ambassador II is responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences by providing warm, professional, and personalized service throughout the guest journey. The role represents the restaurant brand and ensures every guest receives attentive service from arrival and welcome through to farewell.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day Food & Beverage (F&B) service duties in line with established restaurant standards, procedures, and quality expectations.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Understand guest needs and proactively provide assistance to create a memorable restaurant experience.
- Maintain a positive and service-focused attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Go beyond standard service expectations whenever possible to exceed guest expectations.
- Identify potential guest concerns early and take appropriate action to prevent complaints.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and support effective service recovery when required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service within the assigned restaurant area.
- Work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Represent the restaurant brand professionally and contribute to creating satisfied and returning guests.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality with strong emotional intelligence.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A college degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar F&B service role.
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury hospitality company, or premium restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Professional appearance and a positive approach to teamwork.
