This position entails meeting predefined sales objectives by delivering exceptional customer service and effectively promoting the Company’s brand. The incumbent should possess strong skills in discerning customer requirements and showcasing comprehensive product expertise to enhance sales performance within the framework of Company protocols and standards.
Role Profile
Assume complete responsibility for adhering to Majid Al Futtaim’s customer service standards, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer while aligning with company guidelines.
Proactively understand and address customer needs, promptly and professionally handling any concerns and escalating them to the Store Manager as needed.
Assist customers in finding merchandise, recommending alternatives from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores if unavailable in-store.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through innovative strategies, always prioritizing the customer’s satisfaction.
Maintain thorough awareness of product range and current in-store promotions, effectively sharing this information with customers to drive sales.
Uphold store standards consistently, contributing to tasks such as cleanliness, organization, and restocking as necessary.
Adhere to all store security policies and regulations to minimize the risk of stock loss.
Perform opening and closing duties for cash registers, including tasks like money counting, separating charge slips, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits at the beginning and end of the trading day.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent certification.
1-2 years of experience in the industry.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Strong communication abilities.
