  • Job Description
  • Facilities Oversight: Supervise the maintenance and repair of facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Policy Development: Create and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate facility projects such as renovations, expansions, and relocations.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control facility budgets to ensure expenses remain within approved limits.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and codes.
  • Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to secure high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Plan and schedule preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of facilities and equipment.
  • Staff Management: Oversee facility staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analytical and problem-solving techniques to address facility-related issues.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to inspect facilities and perform manual tasks as needed.
