Consult with stakeholders to diagnose needs and define organizational outcomes that are required
Identify the required behavior change and expected outcomes for the business/learner and external customer
Identify learning objectives tied to desired customer behavior outcomes
Recommend the learning modality solving for learner experience, customer behavior outcome goals, and organizational goals.

Consult with T&D SMEs to design and develop resources to deliver performance support to the business. Provide expert design and development skills to wider Alshaya capability teams.
Design and develop Talent & Development solutions to elevate performance and accelerate potential.
Design the activities and evaluation and toolkit to support learning transfer
Ensure regular stakeholder checks and feedback on the design
Keep up-to-date and/or identify opportunities of revamping content including induction and Immersion content
Collaborate with other SME, Stakeholders, graphic designers, technology stakeholders, and other project team members on design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning solutions
Identify the activities and content optimizing the authoring tools and identified tools to guarantee highly experiential component
Use all approved processes, tools and templates to standard for development and reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate relevance (sign-of)
Deliver the finalized experience to the stakeholder for test `& adjust (pilot)
Actively maintain all content
Participate in quality review process
Participate in and contribute to T&D sub-teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill
Act as user advocate on cross-functional teams leading experiential product definition, design, development, and delivery of cross-channel
Design & deploy Performance Support tools to support “Just-in-Time” learning
Identify relevant format (infographics, videos, guides…) to support formal and informal learning
Monitor customers and stakeholders feedback to guarantee continuous improvement
Establish process of content curation and anticipate revamping of content
Actively follow-up on organisation’s expectations, customers data, performance results to identify needs to develop new contents or remove
Access to relevant content hubs, events and portals to facilitate ongoing self-led development
Continuous access to upskilling and development to guarantee hands-on on technology
Access to Community of Practice within the Alshaya Learning Community

Use of Technology: Office 365, E-Learning authoring tools, Software such as (Adobe, Articulate, etc) web-based tools to develop interactive learning.
Minimum on the job experience: 4 to 7 years of experience within designing and developing content.
Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in design, certification in Instructional design.
Fluent in English(read, write, and speak). Arabic is an advantage.
