Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled individual to fulfill the role of Executive Assistant with a focus on financial management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the executive’s calendar, financial tasks, and administrative duties. This includes scheduling appointments, preparing financial documents, handling correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in executive support and accounting roles within the finance or accounting industry. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, prioritizing appointments and meetings.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for executive review.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenses.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the executive.
Assist in managing office operations and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment.
Provide administrative support to the executive as required.

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive support and accounting roles.
Experience in the finance or accounting industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
