Role Overview:

As an Enterprise Data & Information Architect, you will oversee the strategic management, implementation, and enforcement of data and information architecture within the organization. Your goal is to transform data into actionable insights that support the organization’s strategic objectives and enhance decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of the architectural strategy and roadmap for Data and Information Management.
• Provide expertise on Data and Information frameworks and design processes to guide implementation.
• Offer subject matter expertise in Data and Information Management to align with strategic goals.
• Stay informed about emerging technology trends, capabilities, and standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s data assets.
• Advise on supplier options and costs, ensuring that all aspects of solutions are thoroughly evaluated in RFI/RFP processes and proof of concept assessments.
• Participate in architectural governance by reviewing and providing feedback on other solutions.
• Lead the planning, development, and execution of group-wide data solutions.
• Deliver well-considered insights to the business regarding Data and Information Management.
• Serve as a data subject matter expert, influencing decisions related to systems data.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing through mentoring and other initiatives.
• Design and oversee the data information management lifecycle for the organization.
• Identify and address challenges and bottlenecks in the data lifecycle, continuously refining processes.
• Guide the establishment of governance standards for Data and Analytics Management and ensure adherence to these standards.

Required Skills for Success:

• Expertise in Azure Cloud and Databricks: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with these platforms are essential.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage and influence various stakeholders effectively.
  Leadership: Proven leadership skills to guide and inspire teams.
  Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience: Over 10 years in Data and Information Architecture, preferably with experience in the
• Automotive or Retail sectors.
• Certification: TOGAF certification in Enterprise Architecture.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Databricks and PowerBI.
• Azure Cloud: Solid understanding of Azure Cloud; certification is a plus.
• Additional Tools: Familiarity with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Purvue, and Ovaledge is advantageous.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of industry legislation and regulations, and their implications for enterprise frameworks.
• Architectural Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive analysis and develop architectural constructs that align with business strategies.
• Technical Guidance: Strong technical skills to lead and guide a team of specialists.
• Communication and Influencing: Effective in communication and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
