A leading industrial organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Electrician Technician – Power to support the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. The role is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of plant electrical assets while maintaining high safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical equipment and systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults and carry out effective troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain and service motors, switchboards, transformers, breakers, variable frequency drives (VFDs), UPS systems, and related electrical components.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities according to maintenance schedules.
- Identify equipment issues and recommend corrective actions to improve performance and reliability.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance instructions.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and support departments to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and update work orders through computerized maintenance systems.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Support the training and development of junior technicians and new team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, workplace organization programs, and safety activities.
- Assist in equipment installation, testing, and commissioning activities when required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Completion of recognized electrical craft or vocational training program.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial electrical maintenance experience after obtaining a diploma.
- Fresh candidates who have successfully completed approved craft training programs may also be considered.
- Experience working in manufacturing, power generation, utilities, or heavy industrial environments is preferred.
