We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee all electrical operations within our automotive manufacturing facility in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of electrical installations, maintenance, and repair activities. You will lead a team of electricians and technicians, drive continuous improvement, and ensure seamless coordination with other departments to support uninterrupted production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coordinate, and inspect all electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work within the automotive plant.

  • Provide leadership, technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations to electricians and technicians.

  • Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and manuals to diagnose malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions.

  • Manage inventory of electrical components, tools, and equipment; ensure stock levels and proper upkeep to reduce downtime.

  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify hazards and implement preventive maintenance measures.

  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and other teams to schedule electrical work and minimize operational disruptions.

  • Ensure full compliance with electrical safety codes, company policies, and industry regulations.

  • Lead root cause analysis investigations for electrical failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Prepare and submit reports on maintenance schedules, repair logs, and project cost analysis.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and advancements in automotive electrical systems to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Certifications: Valid Licensed Electrician certification or equivalent credentials preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive electrical systems or industrial environments.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive electrical components, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic equipment.

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities with strong communication skills.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
