Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The role combines strong electrical engineering expertise with effective communication and commercial awareness to enhance product quality, improve production efficiency, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with production, quality, sales, and procurement teams to deliver electrical assemblies and systems on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and support the execution of production activities for electrical assemblies in line with approved designs, schedules, and quality standards.

Provide hands-on technical support to production teams on electrical design interpretation, component selection, wiring standards, testing methods, and fault diagnosis.

Collaborate with sales and account management teams to convert customer requirements into manufacturable and cost-effective electrical solutions.

Prepare and present technical proposals, value engineering options, cost analyses, and product demonstrations to support commercial activities.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve yields, and optimise electrical assembly and manufacturing processes.

Create, update, and control production documentation including work instructions, test procedures, bills of materials, and assembly drawings.

Work closely with procurement to define specifications, approve components, and ensure timely availability at optimal cost.

Partner with quality and testing teams to define inspection criteria, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and manage expectations.

Support commissioning activities, site acceptance testing, and provide after-sales technical assistance when required.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in electrical production, manufacturing engineering, or a similar role within manufacturing, HVAC, automotive, or industrial electrical environments.

Strong technical expertise in electrical components, wiring systems, control panels, PCB assemblies, and testing techniques.

Demonstrated ability to support sales activities by presenting technical solutions and preparing technical-commercial proposals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, electrical schematic software, Excel, and exposure to ERP systems.

Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing production demands.

Willingness to travel to production facilities and customer sites as required.
