The Ecommerce Planner will work closely with other stakeholders, such as buying demand and supply planning to ensure that the company’s ecommerce goals are met. Ecommerce Planner is responsible for pro-active planning and executing the company ecommerce strategy. This includes driving ECOM seasonal/annual budgeting and product assortment plans, setting pricing strategies, and managing optimum inventory levels.

Minimum Requirements:
Specialized Training: MS Office – High level of excel experience, specifically with pivot tables, templates, and large data files. Well-versed in planning and allocation systems, as well as advanced Microsoft windows applications.
Education & Qualifications: Graduate/master’s degree preferably from a reputed Management/Fashion Institute
Experience: Min 5 years of experience preferably in ecommerce Planning

Accountabilities:

  • Drive Events related activities in terms of sales, stock, pricing etc. and analyze performance and incorporate learnings.
  • Pricing and markdown/offer planning and execution
  • Prepare and present pre-season and in-season analysis reports/MIS for informed decision making to drive growth and achieving targets.
  • Develop and execute the ecommerce core activities on Pre-season and In-season level.
  • Forecast the targets and drive performance in sales, margin, inventory optimization, promotional events on department, class, and territory level.
  • Develop ECOM budgets/OTB and product assortment plans and follow up on seasonal merchandise connectivity for ECOM.
